This used machine is a variable speed wood lathe. The photo illustrates the machine in its original condition. The price is for the machine in a “rebuilt” condition. It is an excellent lathe for wood turning, metal spinning, sanding, grinding, polishing, buffing, drilling and dozens of other operations. This variable speed machine has ruggedly built headstock and tailstock; husky one-piece bed, and welded, steel cabinet assure smoother running. Double row, preloaded ball bearing at the inboard end of the headstock spindle, plus a ball bearing at the outboard end permit maximum thrust for heavy turning. Up front speed scale and large hand wheel make it easy to dial the exact speed you desire – while the lathe is running from 660-3550 RPM.
