Note the massive construction of this used Delta 6″ jointer. The heavy well ribbed base, which holds the tables in perfect alignment. The extremely rigid fence, fence bracket and slide assists in producing such accurate work. The tables slide on machined dovetail ways and is adjustable by an accurate ball crank handle. The tables are ground flat and true after assembly for perfect alignment. The fence tilts on the rigid bracket insuring sure, free action, and unvarying accuracy of the stop settings. The positive stops are at 45, 90, and 135 degrees. The dual action handle allows the fence to adjust in and out, and tilt with a simple slide of the handle. Sliding in allows for adjustment of the tilt, sliding out allows for cross slide adjustment of the fence. Rabbet cuts for a full 1/2″ deep in one pass.
